90 Minutes Sound Healing | $30

Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses vibration and frequency to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through instruments like singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks, sound works on a cellular level to calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. Many people experience improved clarity, emotional release, and a feeling of being more grounded and aligned—like your whole system has taken a deep, healing breath.
