A relaxing tonic that can enhance deep sleep and lucid dreaming. The botanicals within this elixir have rich historical use, particularly due to their nervous system decompressing properties. Many of these plants were often used to ignite deep states of meditation, as well as deep visionary sleep.
This elixir is composed of botanicals from different parts of the world that are respected as visionary plants. These wonderful herbs have been used by medicine people as the plants of the ancestors. They all contain a particular chemistry in common in which they can boost hypothalamic function, increase pituitary and pineal response, and strengthen particular organs.

Pre-bed Ritual: Boil 2-3Tbsp of grated ginger in water for 15-20min. Allow to cool down, and add 1 Tbsp of the Dream Elixir to your cup. Try not being around stimulation, like computers, cell phones, and other technology. Drink about 30 minutes before bed. If you have a meditation practice, feel the effects of the dream tonic in a 5min seated meditation.Store the container in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct contact with very bright light or sunlight as it might damage the product.
