This is an ALL herbal tea meaning no caffeine and is great to drink iced with a citrus twist!

Steep 2 tsp in 8oz of 208 degree water for 10-20 minutes!

Lemongrass: Supports digestion, reduces inflammation, and has antimicrobial properties. It's also gently uplifting and can ease stress and tension.

Orange Peel: Rich in antioxidants and helps improve digestion and circulation. It also has a bright, mood-lifting aroma that supports emotional wellness.
